HR/ Finance Admin Executive

Job Scope

Admin/HR

  • Responsible to arrange appointment/schedule for recruitment, interview and meeting etc
  • Administer and renewal of staff/general/group insurances
  • Travel arrangement including hotel and flight bookings and visa application
  • Preparation of offer letters, allocation of EPF and work pass for expatriates include keeping abreast with the latest regulatory requirement
  • Maintain record of IT equipment, office suppliers and other assets of the company
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times to support the smooth running of department
  • Greet and process calls of visitor
  • To perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time
  • All ad-hoc duties are completed in the time scales as agreed with HOD

Finance

  • Preparation of payroll calculation, EPF contribution, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants and handle all employee benefits and welfare in according to company policies
  • Preparation for closing of monthly accounts. Ensure all accounting entries are complete, correctly coded and accurate when entered into the system
  • Provide support and assist to finance manager
  • To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and following up on the outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, iner-company reconciliation and etc)
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting
  • Prepare and liaise with auditors, banker, company secretary for designated companies
  • Support ad-hoc task and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Hardcopy filing
  • Assisting in preparation of payment vouchers
  • Payment processing and some intercompany accounting entries

Qualification / Experience

  • 3 years’ working experience in Finance/HR & Admin Executive
  • Able to set priorities and manage own time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Experience of proper procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping according to internal control systems
  • Team player and willing to provide assistance when required to others for working together to achieve common goals
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Requires computer savvy and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as clients and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, documentations, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

English Copywriter

Job Scope

  • Work alongside the design & servicing team to conceptualise and craft tailored messages through succinct, punchy and grammatically-correct copy
  • Creative and business writing
  • Proofread and edit articles for grammar, semantics and consistency
  • Check to make sure amendments are done correctly
  • Meeting clients to discuss projects and present our work

Qualification / Experience

  • 2-3 years’ copywriting/editorial experience in advertising, journalism or publishing house is preferred
  • Quick on the uptake with a good grasp of grammar
  • Meticulous with a good eye for detail
  • Proactive, independent, team player
  • Deadline-driven, able to work under pressure and long hours during peak season
  • Fresh grads are also encouraged to apply
